Honoring Our Commitment To You
/Here at Riverside, we’re deeply connected to small businesses, especially in the restaurant and bar industry. We know times are tough right now, and we know that your businesses are suffering due to the coronavirus and the resulting social distancing measures. People talk about the inconvenience of self-isolation, but no one feels it as acutely as you and your employees. That’s why we’ve committed ourselves to doing everything we can to help.
To help you keep your business open and continue being the heartbeats of your communities, Riverside has taken steps to ease the financial stress that the Coronavirus has imposed. Whether you’re an existing Riverside customer or you’ve been considering making the switch, we’re pushing to provide you with solutions that will help you keep your doors open.
For existing customers, over the next few weeks we will be reviewing your accounts to offer you a rebate on your processing fees. While we can’t guarantee the percentage or amount of that rebate, know that we will do our best to keep your costs as low as possible. We want to help ease your stress while your businesses are already under pressure.
For both our current customers and customers who intend to switch to Riverside, we will be waiving monthly minimum fees for the next 60 days, and we will work with our vendors to waive fees for businesses that are forced to close. Our primary focus is supporting you and your livelihoods, and we will continue to find ways to combat the burdens that this pandemic has placed on your lives.
We at Riverside want you to know that we remain loyal to the hospitality industry, we will continue to support you, and we will fight to ease the strain that your businesses have been experiencing. We are a community, and together we will rise up and come out stronger than before.
