Sales Department

Our sales department consists of both Inside Sales and Outside Sales Professionals.  Our sales team can be found hitting the pavement or picking up the phone in an effort to connect and build relationships with merchants every day.  Their primary focus is providing cost savings to merchants through Riverside’s exceptional offering and service.  Additionally, we have a team of dedicated marketing professionals working tirelessly to identify merchants in need of our service and teeing them up for a call with our sales professionals.

The Operations Department connects our Sales team with Riverside’s services. After completing the sales cycle, new Merchants transition to Operations for Boarding, Tech Deployment, and ongoing support. This department manages account setup and provides continued account and tech support throughout the merchant relationship.

People & Performance Department

Our People and Performance department is focused on the identification, training, and retention of our awesome Riverside talent.  The department consists of our Talent Acquisition team that focuses on finding great people, our Learning & Development team that is dedicated to providing learning and training resources across the organization, and our People Operations team that ensures our team members have all that they need to be productive and successful with Riverside.

Finance & Accounting Department

Our Finance & Accounting department is accountable for ensuring all of our bills are paid and our debts are collected!  From balancing the budget to delivering payroll, our Finance & Accounting team oversees all cashflow and monetary transactions within the organization.
