Bella Carrillo Sweeps March Madness 2022!

Every year in March, Riverside Payments takes part in their most loved and most competitive tradition—March Madness! We’re very proud to announce that this year’s winner is the relentless and motivated Isabel Carrillo! Her determination and consistency over the past month pushed her above and beyond as she chased the title, and now she’s bringing home the ring, along with a year’s worth of bragging rights.

What is your secret to success?

I have to say it’s staying focused, determined, and consistent. I really focused this year on removing negative vibes, people, and ideas from my life. It really helped keep everything else positive and elevated me.

How does the win feel?

I don't feel lucky, I feel blessed.  This was my first time being in the competition, to get first place was obviously always the goal, It was a great competition with a lot of strong competitors… Though I did what I set out to achieve, I DID IT, I TOOK THE WIN!

What are your goals moving forward?

I'm going for that win every year while in sales, the challenge and goals help me strive for success… Better watch out sharks! (LOL) A huge goal of mine is to become the first Spanish translation NSM in the future! Being able to help my people in our language & helping them understand better gives me such a happy heart.

Our runner up this year was the determined and brilliant Bernard Grisby, who was recently promoted to Territory Manager! Bernard is a driving force in our sales team, and there’s no surprise that he closed out the month at the front of the pack. 

We can’t wait to see them dominate again next year!
