Moving on Up with Elizabeth O'Quinn!

Elizabeth O’Quinn is an amazing example of Riverside’s work ethic and goals, and we’re very proud to announce that she’s been promoted to Territory Manager! Elizabeth started at Riverside as an Account Executive, and quickly found herself promoted to Senior Account Executive due to her spectacular drive. Since then, she’s made a huge impact, and risen to Territory Manager—and we can’t wait to see how she works it! The Territory Manager role is a huge opportunity to mentor members of the sales team, and we truly believe that a personality as nurturing as Elizabeth’s will be perfect for the role.

At Riverside, a Territory Manager is someone with leadership skills, compassion, and good communication skills—someone who can mentor and train new recruits and show them the ropes while keeping their own head in the game. Elizabeth’s positive attitude, consistency, and self-motivation make her uniquely qualified for the role. She’s been successful because she doesn’t let bad days get her down, and she doesn’t let good days slow her down, and she wants to share that with new reps to help them grow. In her own words: “I have had my weeks of ups and downs, so I want the new reps to understand that this is normal, but if you stick with it and do your follow ups and continue to build your pipeline, you will be successful.”

In her new role, she hopes to provide new Account Executives with additional training and support—to help them by building their confidence and helping them gain new perspectives.

When asked, CEO Brandon Skinner said: “Elizabeth has been a rockstar for our team since Day One. She goes above and beyond to make sure she’s always at the top of the leaderboard, and she always makes sure that her merchants are taken care of. We’re excited to move Elizabeth into a management role, and to have our reps in Florida learn from her, especially as our presence in the region grows.”

We can’t wait to see what Elizabeth will do!
