Bringing it in 2021!
2020 was a wild year with tons of ups and downs, but Riverside Payments came out stronger than ever and ready to rock 2021! We’re so proud of the progress we’ve made as an organization, from the formation of our amazing inside sales team to becoming the official processor for Scott Conant!
In 2020, we didn’t just grow our organization. We grew by $1.1 Million, created our brand new Sub-ISO program—Confluence, earned our spot on Inc 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies for the third year and a row and so much more! We couldn’t have done it without our amazing employees, who worked harder than ever to keep pushing us forward through tremendous adversity and proved that when the going gets tough, Riverside gets going.
With 2020 behind us, it’s time to look forward to our goals for 2021. With our sights set on progress, we’re shooting for $20 Million in annual revenue. In order to do that, we plan to expand our inside sales program by hiring at least 100 new sales representatives across our inside and outside sales teams, because we know that our strength comes from our people. In addition, we’re adding 2 to 3 new franchises to the Riverside portfolio, moving into a new corporate office, and so much more.
